This medium strength threadlock holds tight but allows for easy opening with hand tools.
A drop of threadlock on the thread of the pin of your shackle is recommended to eliminate any risk of the pin coming loose from vibrations. You will need to remove your shackles periodically for inspections or to change the rigging, for this reason we recommend Permatex medium strength Threadlock because it allows for easy opening with hand tools.
This threadlock is recommended for use with the Prodigy Dyna-Core Shackle Trapeze and the Prodigy Multi-point Aerial Hoop.
